Onika has her Master's degree in Applied Sports Psychology and is a Professional Member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association. She works with National teams at Canada Basketball, Gymnastics Canada and the Canadian Soccer Association. She is a Professor of Sport Psychology at Humber College and does contract work for the Canadian Sports Institute Ontario.
Wesley has his Master's degree in Applied Sports Psychology and is a Professional Member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association. Wesley’s background in mental performance is rooted in his experiences as a golfer, competing at the provincial and national level. He is a Mental Performance Consultant at Centennial College and the Academy for Student Athlete Development.
Markus has two Bachelor degree's - in Psychology and Kinesiology - and a Master's degree in Applied Sports Psychology. He is a Professional Member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association and has coached hockey for the last decade. Markus has brought mental performance training to his roles at the Hockey Eastern Ontario Program of Excellence and the Canadian International Hockey Academy.
